Supporting Rules & SLA:-
- Any communication method opening a trouble ticket will be charged as 30 minutes of online support; in case that the communication took longer than 30 minutes it will be charged for an hour support |
- (The method of calculation is to be charged to the closest half an hour) - Payments shall be done in advanced quarterly - Hours are consumed Monthly - Our ticketing system is used for submitting the ticket. - 3 hours are the minimum hours per visit - Request for a free visit shall be scheduled 2 days ahead
- Supporting Time:- *During working time of Business days (Not Including weekend or public holiday) in egypt *Daily working time starting from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm
Our Ticketing SLA - Urgent Issues tickets(ex.Server is down), Rightechs will take immediately action, and we can use the call option for that type of ticket // number of urgent tickets as per selected package. - Important Issue TICKET will be in progress stage after 1-2 business days from submitting the ticket,
